  • ½ lb ground beef (80/20 blend for juiciness)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties, about ½ inch thick.
  3. Press slightly in the center to prevent bulging while cooking.

Step 2: Air Fry the Patties

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).
  3. Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
    • For medium-rare: Cook until 130°F (54°C) internal temperature.
    • For medium: Cook until 140°F (60°C).
    • For well-done: Cook until 160°F (71°C).
  4. In the last 1-2 minutes, place a slice of cheese on top of each patty and air fry until melted.
