Ingredients
  

  • 12 large button mushrooms (stems removed)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs (optional for extra crunch)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional for garnish)

  1. Prepare the Mushrooms:
    • Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove the stems.
    • Scoop out a small amount of the inside flesh to make room for the filling.
