Instructions
Prepare the Mushrooms
:
Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove the stems.
Scoop out a small amount of the inside flesh to make room for the filling.
Prepare the Filling
:
Heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat and sauté the chopped spinach and garlic until wilted (about 2 minutes).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, breadcrumbs (if using), black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
Stuff the Mushrooms
:
Spoon the filling into the mushroom caps, packing it slightly.
Preheat the Air Fryer
:
Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 3 minutes.
Cook the Mushrooms
:
Arrange the stuffed mushrooms in the
air fryer
basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden on top.
Cool and Garnish
:
Allow the mushrooms to cool for 2 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top if desired.

:
