- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice level)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)

Step 1: Prepare the Marinade
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and all spices until well combined.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and coat them evenly with the jerk marinade using a basting brush or your hands.
- Let the salmon marinate for at least 30 minutes (optional but recommended for deeper flavor).
Step 2: Air Fry the Salmon
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the marinated salmon fillets in the basket, skin-side down, in a single layer.
- Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, depending on thickness.
- The salmon is ready when the internal temperature reaches 130-145°F (54-63°C) and flakes easily with a fork.
Step 3: Serve & Enjoy!
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro, lime wedges, and green onions.
