Materials

  2. Place the London Broil steak in a ziplock bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it.
  3. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or up to 8 hours for deeper flavor).

Step 2: Preheat the Air Fryer

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.

  1. Remove the steak from the marinade and pat it dry with paper towels.

  1. Remove the steak from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes to retain juices.
  2. Slice against the grain for maximum tenderness.
